Subject: REQUEST FOR LETTER OF INVITATION to PALM EXPO 2010
Please provide your Full name (as in passport), Passport Number, Nationality, Job title, Company, Address, City, Country, Telephone, Fax, valid email address, a scanned copy of your business card and passport in the email, addressed to the PALM EXPO 2010 Organiser.
Successful applicant will be notified and receive a copy of the Letter of Invitation once your request is approved.
Please kindly approach the China Embassy/Consulate General’s Office nearest to you for information on Visa Application and Submission procedures, list of documents required, payable application fees and visa application forms
The Visa application process can take up to at least 2 months, so it is important that you start your application as early as possible to ensure you to receive your approved Visa in time for travel to PALM EXPO 2010.
